Paddy O's Expansion
A 10,000 square foot expansion and 4,500 square foot renovation to the iconic Paddy O’s bar and event venue in downtown St. Louis, located steps from Busch Stadium. The project adds a new second‑floor open‑air deck, an enclosed first‑floor bar and lounge, and upgrades to the existing building to support larger crowds and private events. The design blends new construction with the character of the original space, including a custom millwork bar crafted to match the historic aesthetic of the existing venue. The renovation enhances guest experience, operational flow, and event capacity while preserving the atmosphere that defines Paddy O’s.
